Overall, I was very pleased with the service provided. The only two complaint I have is that the driver spoke very poor English, and I noticed that there was a chip in the windshield that was not noted in the paperwork before delivery. I tried to ask him how I should notate that in the pickup paperwork that I signed, to be able to use the insurence I purchased to replace or repair the windshield, but he didn't seem to understand my question. I got so frustrated trying to ask him this one question that I just gave up and signed the paperwork as it was and decided to repair the windshield myself (even though I purchased insurence!) Also, the driver had to remove a motorcycle in order to unload my car, and he was unable to get the bike back onto his truck, so I had to flag down a stranger to help us load the bike. It was a small inconvenience. Please don't take these comments to mean that I was unsatisfied with the customer service of your company, the pricing, or the timing of delievery. I was very happy with all of those aspects. Thanks. (One more thing, in the above section, I only gave an estimate of the price & # of days for delivery, as I do not recall the specifics.)
