Only problem was that AmeriFreight somehow dispatched my vehicle to a transport company that didn't go the route I needed. I was never informed and didn't find out until I called the transport company to check on my vehicle's transport status days later. So, my vehicle sat for almost a week at dealer before I called AmeriFreight to inform them! Everything else was ok. They kept me informed and updated on dates when vehicle would be picked up and expected arrival time. No one could tell me what happened. I spoke to at least two other different workers there as my primary contact was very busy and hard to get ahold of. My vehicle was dirty but, that's to be expected.
