The car was picked up at the time we scheduled. During the whole process the communication with the driver was great. The funny coincidence was that, when we arrived at the LAX airport and we were about to rent a car, we received a called from the driver that our car had arrived a few days earlier. We took a taxi to the hotel and we enjoyed our car from day one. No rental expenses. After crossing the entire country, the car was just a little bit dirty. Great experience. Thanks a lot, D&E.
