If I had to, I'd be glad to work with Bob and his people again. Car arrived earlier than expected, but the driver kept me updated by calling several times leading up to the delivery, so this worked out fine. Car seems to be in the same condition it was when it was picked up. Actually, the driver delivered it right to the curb outside, ready for me to use, which was unexpected for me. The car pickup date and time did get pushed around a bit though, so I ended up having to rearrange my schedule a bit for that. I was also never sure who I was talking to on the phone, but hey, the car got here! Overall, this process was less stressful than it could have been!
