Bob was very upfront with me from the beginning that if I bid at the lowest rate, I stood a lower percent chance of the car being picked up on the first day available. However, because I had such a broad window of when the car could be picked up, we adjusted my pick up day and it worked out perfectly. I did have to up my bid, and once I did (based on his advice), the same day I got a driver. I appreciate how helpful he was. The driver, (who doesnt work for Amerifreight, I beleive) was also great. He answered a lot of my questions and seemed like he knew what he was doing. .
