I won a car on ebay, and needed it shipped from Nevada to Nebraska. I have never shipped a car before and had no knowledge of how the whole process works. I talked to Bob about a quote and he explained all the aspects of shipping a vehicle. I found myself not asking a whole lot of questions because Bob covered it all. After that I felt confident he had it under control, and all I had to do was provide the information necessary to post the shipping order.
Bob found a driver with carrier Star Fleet to ship the car. The driver (whose name was also Bob) kept in contact with me and my contact in Nevada. So tracking the car was easy, and planning a time and location for pick-up and drop-off went smoothly. We experienced absolutely no problems on pick-up, and drop-off went perfectly. Both Bobs were easy to work with and I don't think the process could have went any better!
