Once I got AmeriFreight on the phone, they were helpful. However, it took days to get them on the phone. I was happy with the actual shipping service once my car was finally being shipped. They weren't extremely up front about how each type of service worked and weren't good at returning my calls, my emails, or getting in touch with me about my order. For awhile, I was wondering if anything was happening with my order or if I had been fooled. Once I got them on the phone, they were really helpful. Then, one time when they called me, they lectured me on answering my phone, which I found ironic considering how difficult it was to get them on the phone.
