We were a bit pressed on schedule so opted for the upgraded (Preferred) service, which is a good bit more expensive but more precisely specifies pickup/delivery dates. Both dates were met on the button - thanks guys! Car was somewhat dirty on delivery, but was expected since it was an open carrier.
