Got me with the low initial quote

Their initial quote (i.e. discount rate) was really low ($695), which is what attracted me to them. Of course we ended up having to increase our bid in order to get a driver. I think they wanted me to increase the bid to their retail rate which was around $1100, but because I had received other bids from other companies, I said let's go with $805. Immediately it got picked up, and the rest of the process was really smooth.

Graham is ok. He's not the most friendly person, and was pretty short on the phone. In our first conversation, I asked him, "What would you recommend that I do?" and he said, "Whatever you want..." which wasn't very helpful. That said, he got the job done.
