Overall this was an ok experience. The price was good and the wait was short. The problem was that I mentioned to my sales rep that communication was very important to me, that I wanted to be kept apprised of what was going on. This conversation, on a Monday night, was the 1st and last I had with my rep. He never called again after this, except for the several calls asking me to leave a review after the car was shipped.

The seller, not AmeriFreight, notified me on Friday that my car was picked up. Thats the only way I knew, as the rep never contacted me, never let me know a day or two in advance, or even after it was picked up. This was by far the most frustrating aspect of the experience.

By the way, the guy actually driving the truck - Mario - (the shipper was Marana Transport out of California) was wonderful.
