Bob is the agent who handled my case in the Amerifreight. He's very helpful and patient in terms of getting the case on board. I had economic rate at first which is total charge of $1095. And after just few days, I got a call back from him saying that there's one carrier responded and wanted for additional $200. I asked him to argue for me for $100 extra instead of 200. He did, but the carrier insisted for that 200. Bob convinced me it is a good price for shipment from West Virginia to Washington. I understood that it's indeed not a popular case so I accepted to pay final price of $1295. Though I had some problem with the carrier company which I will leave a separate review for them, Bob was quite friendly to help me contact the driver. I would suggest Amerifreight to have their own statics or raking for the carrier companies in order to avoid patching unqualified carrier to their customers. Overall, good broker service.
