It is very hard for me to call and find the agent (Jorge) during day time. All I can do is leave message and hope he will call back. Finally He did contact me, but always at late evening. The carrier driver have no idea where to pick up my car. I end up talk him and the dispatcher a long long time, more than hour, more than 5 calls, it is so frustrating. The good news is the car delivered quite on time. And this time, another lady driver called me and arranged the pick up, everything is smooth.
