Graham at AmeriFreight absolutely worked with my complex situation to accomodate ALL of my needs: price point, pick up location, delivery date, and delivery location. We were traveling across the country, so we weren't 100% sure when we would arrive at our destination or where we were going to have the car delivered, but that did not stop Graham and his team from providing outstanding customer service. They kept in constant contact with me regarding shipping options and when I passed on the first four offers, they continued to work hard on getting my car shipped. Once we finally booked a shipment I knew who had my car, where it was, and when it was to be delivered anytime I called/emailed. Once my car arrived, I was out of town, but my shipper had no problem keeping it until I was back in town and ready to pick it up. We are a military family and move a lot, and we will absolutely be using AmeriFreight again.
