Tried the upgraded service the first time around with one car, but had no updates from the contact person including no shipping. Finally 3 weeks later when we were ready to ship a second vehicle both were picked up (and in a timely fashion). Scott at Amerifreight was apologetic about the poor communication and reduced their fee in order to shift more to the carrier. This time around communication was excellent. The driver was timely and courteous and delivered the cars in excellent condition.
