Truck arrived to pick up as promised. Made it to destination as promised. I was able to contact the broker quickly and they always had the answers I asked for. The driver's dispatacher call several times to confirm when the truck would arrive and what I should do to prepare. First time I have shipped a car, and was easier than I expected.
