Jorge at AmeriFreight provided me with excellent customer service. He explained to me how the move process would work and answered my questions, several times in fact. The e-mails I received were very clear and the quote was exactly the amount explained to me. No surprise fees. Jorge communicated very well with me during the entire process.

The guys who picked up my car arrived later than they originally planned - actually by about 8 hours. But, to their credit, they called me several times throughout the day, keeping me appraised of their status. Once they arrived, they were very careful in loading my car. Amazingly, they made the cross-country trek in 3 days. And my car was delivered to me without damage.

I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone visiting this website. This was my first time transporting a car with such a service. I did research on this website before choosing AmeriFreight. I definitely made the right choice in using them.
