AmeriFreight was recommended to me by a colleague, who had a similarly positive experience transporting a car from California to Illinois. I was highly impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. A customized quote was sent to me promptly, and that's exactly the amount I paid. The price was in line with or less than other estimates I received, and the service was outstanding. Bob Turner was polite, friendly, and explained the process very thoroughly. Importantly, I felt confident that if I had any questions, I could reach him easily (via a direct line).
They also chose an excellent carrier, A-1 A-1 Auto Movers Inc. William Hoffer was the shipping agent, and he was similarly friendly and professional, calling several times to update us on the status of the delivery. My car arrived ("Ma'am, your Rolls Royce has arrived!") with a full tank of gas, clean, and in perfect condition. Sadly, it was still a 2000 Nissan Altima, so I suppose I can't add "miracle worker" to the list of accolades.
All around, a great experience. This was my first time shipping a car, and I would certainly use AmeriFreight again, or recommend them to others.
