It would have been nice to know that there would be difficulty picking up my car from a more rural area (a University town in central Illinois). I had plenty of time for the car to be shipped but was assured it could be picked up in 5 days. Needless to say it wasn't, and I was scrambling to accommodate the company in order for them to pick up my car before I left (which included driving myself 3 hours to a major city).
