Bob, was outstanding. I gave him the time when I needed the vehicle picked up, and when I had to make a change to the date, he responded the very same day. From start to finish, this was the best move I have experienced. Being military, sometimes things can chjange ain a hurry and others I have dealt with made me pay fees for changes, or always had a reason they couldn't get my vehicle to me by the origanal date they gave. Once again, being military and in the Navy, I can be called away at anytime so promptness is a must for me.
My vehicle was picked up the day they said it would be, and it arrived on the scheduled day 2 hours early.
great experience, will use them again when I PCS (permanent change of station).
