As if it weren't nerve racking enough to send your daughter off to college 1400 miles away from home, I had the added stress of sending her off with a car! I read reviews and compared prices on the internet for auto transport companies, and AmeriFreight seemed like the best choice. After speaking with Jorge, the AmeriFreight customer service representative, I felt confident I had made a good choice. He explained in great detail the entire process from pickup to delivery. The Transport person that picked up my car, kept in contact with me until he picked up the car. I called him a few times, and he returned my calls promptly. When he picked up the car, we talked for a few minutes. He made me feel confident that my car would be delivered in the same condition that he had received it in. The transport person on the drop off location called me 2 days in advance. He gave me his phone number and we made arrangements of the time and place of the drop off. Everything went without a hitch and my daughter is now driving around, happy as can be. We'll be needing to do this again next year, when she goes back to school again, and I can say confidence, that I'll be calling AmeriFreight again.
