The contact person from AmeriFreight reasonable and reponsible. The pick up driver, however, was late for 90 minutes and just kept telling me he was 10-15 minutes away each time I called. I had to wait in the car under the heat and finally got asked to meet the driver somewhere else because the truck could not get into the mall where I was initially asked to wait. The delivery was smooth and on time afterward. My car is in the same condition as before it was shipped. Overall, I think it's a good experience and would use the service again and recommend to my friends.
