Contact was easy. Phone calls to Amerifreight with questions were returned propmptly. All dealings with Amerifreight were professionally handled. The carrier, Q Express, attempted to collect the fee upon pickup, although it was agreed upon and actually written on their paperwork that payment was due upon delivery, which is when they were paid.
