Unfortunately, although my experience with Amerifreight, especially Graham who was very helpful during this process, was great, my car was delivered damaged by EBRO. Since Amerifreight is not actually responsible for the truck and driver, I cannot blame them for the rude, inconsiderate and downright awful service I received from EBRO. Not only did the driver try and constantly pressure me to sign papers without reading them or looking over them, he also could barely speak English and I could not understand what he was saying most of the time. Also, he damaged my car but instead of fessing up to it, he pressured me to sign the B/L sying we were both parked illegally and then he took off quickly - almsot as soon as the money was in his hands.
EBRO drivers are dishonest and the guys running the office are unprofessional. Dont ever use them.
Amerifreight on the otherhand, very professional and they are also helping me with my insurance claim to get the damages fixed.
