We shipped our vehicle from Honolulu to Colorado Springs. Our agent Bob Turner was knowledgeable and helpful. Our vehicle was delivered undamaged and the choice of carrier for the transport between Long Beach, CA and Colorado Springs, CO used by AmeriFreight was good, but, the cost of the delivery was $100 more than the quote. I attribute this to fuel prices (although, not confirmed). My review is not a 5 star review since my vehicle was ready for pickup at Long Beach and I had to tell Bob at AmeriFreight that the vehicle was ready. Essentially, my assumption is he did not track my vehicle from Honolulu to Long Beach and was unaware that it had arrived. After I informed him, he put the car on the bid board for a carrier to Colorado Springs which delayed the delivery of our vehicle. That being said our car was still delivered 2 days before AmerFreight's initial estimated delivery date. I would use them again. Hey, everybody has to do some of their own homework, right?
