I was originally given a quote that was much lower than my final price. Although up front I was told that the price may be too low in order to ship. Which seemed to be in my case. My car was shipped out 7 days after my original available date. According to Graham, who was informative, let me know that no carrier was willing to accept my car for shipment during the week span. After the 7 days I needed my car to be shipped that day, so I had to accept the full shipment price which was $300 dollars more than my original quote.
Overall the experience was good and Graham at Amerifrieght was helpful. He was available when I called. If he was not, he gave me a call by the end of the business day with an explanation of the difficulties with shipping my car, and options that could solve the problem. In the end I was able to get my car safely in a timely manner. The customer service was good and kept me inform.
