Overall, my experience with Amerifreight was not horrible, just slightly inconvenient. My first agent was very nice and helpful, but when he had to leave due to an emergency, the agent who took up my case completely fogot about me despite my persistant calling to find out the status of my pickup date. While he was nice and immediately got my car on the road within a day of finally speaking to him in person, I think it was a case of my inquiry falling through the cracks and being forgotten. This made my car late arriving which was very frustrating when I had given the company such a huge window of time to get the order filled. My car did, however, reach its destination within a reasonable time given the initial setback and arrived without damage.
