This is my second experience with AmeriFreight in 3 years. CA to TN in 2009 and now TN back to CA transporting my Mini Cooper. Bob Turner at AmeriFreight did an outstanding job. He quoted me on average $100 less then a comparable competitor. I started to get discouraged when there were no transporters bidding to transport my car after 2 weeks and was looking to go elsewhere. The discussion was to raise my offer and I was understandably skeptical but after several discussions Bob offered to adjust AmeriFreight's deposit by $50 in order to off set the higher price paid to the transporter. His customer service alone was enough for me to continue using AmeriFreight.
After the new offer my car was picked up in 3 days and was safely transported to CA in 5 days. No damage or complaints. Both AmeriFreight and Morningstar Transport displayed professionalism and fantastic customer service! It's always easy when everything goes right but when there are problems and the company can troubleshoot with good solutions then that is how a business stands out, which AmeriFreight does.
I would recommend this company to my colleagues and friends anytime.
