I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this process save one. Amerifreight was upfront with all of the details and pricing. The car pickup was arranged without difficulty and the car arrived in California without damage. There was, however, an issue with the recipient of the car not being notified ahead of time, and the driver delivering the car was unpleasant about the resulting delay, requested a minimum tip, and upset the young lady.
Both the shipper and AmeriFreight have apologized for the incident, and we are satisfied, and would use this service again if required.
