I would never use this company again. I was quoted at $635 for the normal pick up between 2-7 days. However, by the 7th day, my car did not get pick up. I called Chantell and I was told that the price was too low so I would have to increase by another $25. I agree to pay more the extra $25. Two days later, I called Chantell again and was told by her that the price still is too low. I would have to increase another $50 which brings my total to $710. I agree to pay $710 and after 2 days, my car still did not get pick up. I called them again and was told to increase my price again. At this point, I give up and cancel my order. After 14 days from the dated I signed the agreement, my car still did not move. This is a total waste of my time. I would never use this company again!

Our staff has been extremely accommodating in trying to get the vehicle moved. After discussion with Julie she agreed to pay the additional amounts to provide a bigger incentive for carriers to pick up her car. For some reason we had difficulty in assigning a carrier for Julie's vehicle in spite of it paying better than most other vehicles on the national dispatch board shared by most other brokers and carriers in the USA. Our guarantee allows for cancellation after 7 days, should we not be able to pick up the vehicle. We also added money from our side to help move the vehicle. Julie received a full refund as promised. We continually try to provide our customers with the best possible rate and the best service in the industry as most of our other reviews testify
