I consider myself a picky customer and the things I like and expect are probably what everyone else’s does as well, but unlike other people I will not let it just go and can be very difficult.

I had to ship my daughters Honda Civic from NYC to Louisiana and called over 20 freight companies. Not only was I looking for the best price but great detailed customer service, patience with all my 100 questions, how the price tier works, how the car is shipped, who ships it, how do they find a trucker, can I track the car shipping progress and can I contact the driver.

AmeriFrieght met all those qualities!! After my car went “on the board” (as they say) two days later I got an email and a call saying the car would be picked up in the afternoon! And that the trucker would call me an hour before he picked up. I got a call around 3pm from the trucker and like they said he would be at my house in an hour, he was. He inspected the car, got all my information, let me know when he expected to be in Louisiana and gave me his cell phone number. WOW! I thought, this is great, so easy, worry free and so organized!

Fast forward 3 days later I called the trucker to ask him if he could contact my daughter 3 hours before he arrived to give her time to get out of her college class and take the bus home. It was no problem and better yet he told me right then what time he would arrive at my daughter apartment, 12 noon!! I informed my daughter and the next day, he called at noon and was right outside. I loved the promptness…LOVED IT! And the customer service so much. Anyone shipping a car that wants great customer service, details, worry free eazzzzy breezzzy shipping and no f’ bull shit…..call AmeriFrieght!
