I needed an auto transport company to move my two vehicles from NJ to Nevada. I got quotes from several transporters and AMERIFREIGHT got my business. Other transporters had good prices: however, in every case, when I checked the Better Business Bureau on them, the number of service and quality complaints were alarmingly high. AMERIFREIGHT had no reports on the BBB, and, they were the only transport company to have a customer satisfaction web page.
I had one representative, Amy Wood, who handled everything from the quote, to getting my autos picked up, to confirming I got my vehicles on time and in good condition. Their driver, Jose,
( no relation ) was personable, professional and promised me I would have my car within 7 days.
Jose came through on his promise and delivered my cars to my front door in 6 days !
I paid $2000 for this move and I believe it was worth the price. I would have spent that, or, more on gas, hotels, food. Not to mention the extra 2500 miles of wear I would have added to the cars.
