I honestly thought these would be my words, "Dude where's my car". This was the first time I have ever shipped a car. I spent approx. 3 days researching companies and they all seem to have the same promise, so I choice AmeriFreight because of its BBB rating but still was nervous about the safety of my car.
However, once I spoke with my account rep "Bob" ALL fears were dashed into the wind. His explanation of how the shipping process works could not have been more clear with a magnifying glass. His auto shipping 101 verbal class, left me with NO questions whatsoever.
I was very impressed with how they adhered to delivery pick-up and drop off times.
To put the icing on the cake, my car was shipped in an open freight but arrived as clean as if it were in the closed one, the inside of the car was more dirty then the outside! I am VERY satisfied and without hesitation would refer my family and friends to use AmeriFreight for their auto shipping needs
