I am grateful for the care, respect and treatment I received from Jorge Cruz at Amerifreight. Jorge phoned me numerous times advising me on the details and decisions to be made each step of the way. His calls were appropriate to the process and not pushy. He followed up with action on every promise he made. Jorge remained centered and supportive as we navigated through a very unexpected series of pickup and delivery mishandlings. Other Ameritrade staff were equally professional, understanding and reliable in handling my transport issues. This was my first time shipping a vehicle.
