If I could sum up AmeriFreight in one word, it would be this: PROMPT! I specifically worked most with Graham and he was very professional, straightforward, and honest about every step of the process. It was immediately obvious that they work with a sense of urgency while being careful to be within the proper time frames presented to them. A plan and route was put into place PROMPTLY, I was always contacted PROMPTLY when changes would be made or action would be taken, and nothing proceeded without my say-so! I even hit a snag and had to cancel on them once and they still managed to keep at the excellent rate while working with my schedule change(s). I would definitely use this booking company again, no doubt!! I got my car in the shape it left Colorado in (save for some understandable dirt!) and never felt as though I needed to worry otherwise! AmeriFreight is a FREIGHT BOSS!
