I bought a Lincoln Town Car online, for the first time in my life, from a dealership in Montgomeryville, PA. I had owned four Town Cars so I was confident about this model and a salesperson named Walter E. couldn't have been nicer. The sale was a breeze, but finding a transport company proved much more difficult because so many cars were being shipped from the East Coast at the time because of Hurricane Sandy. I went through several "scams" with other companies promising to do the job for $800-$950 but then I woud wait and wait and wait for a week or 10 days and I would finally be told that if I wanted my car to be picked up I would have to pay between $1200-$1400. I FINALLY found AUTOTRANSPORT that operates out of Georgia and read their reviews. They were VERY HONEST, quoting me the price of $1200. right up front and explaining why that would be fair at this time. Graham and Bob found a company out of Philadelphia, PA and Graham and Bob communicated with me throughout the entire process. Things were a little delayed by the actual trucking company due to bad, blizzard weather. They originally told me they could pick up the car on Feb. 14th but didn't get it until Feb. 16th. The car was also delivered on Feb. 20th which was one day later than promised, but the driver was GREAT, the car was in PERFECT CONDITION, and the car was delivered to my doorstep at 8:00AM. I paid the driver in cash and I was thrilled to finally have my new car!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTOTRANSPORT if you need to have a car delivered anywhere in the USA. They are honest, they troubleshoot if necessary, they understand your concerns and fears, and they "hold your hand" through the entire process. I recommended them to the car dealership in PA and I would definitely use them again if I need a car transported. It certainly saved me a lot of time and wear and tear on the car, as well as mileage, and the cost was fair- much less that it would have cost me to fly there, pay for taxi fare, motels, and drive for four days in unknown weather conditions. I would do this again in a heartbeat! I wish I had known about or been referrred to AUTOTRANSPORT from the very beginning. Hope this helps you!
