Jorge was very helpful and resourceful for my case. My first available pick-up date was a Saturday, and he told me there should be someone contacting me within 5 days. On the following Monday I called and asked if there's any update from his side, and he said the post was still there but no one responded, but he took his time and secured me a driver who ended up picking my car on that very night.
My friend received her car today and it's clean and intact as far as I heard.
