The agent never seemed to be in a hurry in responding to my tons of questions.
It was my first experience shipping my vehicle cross country and after reading reviews and chatting with dozens of companies, I was very skeptical.
I decided to go with Ameri Freight and rightly so, since, they were praised even by a competitor (well that came to me as a surprise, when I talked to another top rated firm and talked about Ameri Freight and they said Ameri Freight was good.)
My vehicle crossed country and came out amazingly fast (from North west to East Coast) within 5 days. Way sooner than my expectations. Safe and surprisingly clean (I had heard that with open carrier, the vehicle comes heavily dusted)!
