Graham at AmeriFreight is a Rockstar! He arranged shipping the same day and took the time to explain the shipping process from start to finish then followed up with an email of these details. Very impressed with the quick turnaround and response when calling both Graham and the carrier for a status update since I could direct dial the person I needed to talk to and not have to go thru an automated phone tree. Graham also let me know the day he was going to be out of the office and who to contact if I needed to. Purchased the AFta plan for peace of mind but won’t be needing to use it since my Rover arrived in great condition! Will definitely use AmerFreight for any shipping needs I have in the future as well as highly recommend them to my friends.
