I started with a bid of $1300 and and a guess by Bob that I had an 85% chance or higher of someone picking it up within a couple days. After a week of calling Bob and raising the price to $1550.00 we finally had someone come and pick it up. On the day the driver told me he would deliver it (7 days) I called him set up the meeting point. This is where it went from bad and expensive to REALLY bad. The Driver told me he would not be able to deliver it on the agreed time. His truck had broken down. The driver informed me he had e-mailed the broker days before. When I spoke to Bob immediately afterward he first confused me with the Tundra that we couldn't get shipped. Then he remembered that it HAD been shipped and said it should be there the next day. I informed him what had happen and it was news to him. He said he was sorry and that he had dropped the ball. I will never use this company again. I paid $1550.00 for a truck to be delivered in a week. I had to wait two weeks and Bob said "Sometimes things like this happen and there is nothing we can do". Really, Really frustrating.
