After reading internet reviews about people's car shipping, I was concerned about getting my car shipped. After some research, I used Amerifreight to broker my car shipment-but was still worried that I might be one of those disaster stories. I'm not! Graham was very good at explaining how the process worked and what I could expect, and very responsive to emails and calls. James, the dispatcher, was thorough and kept me and my friends to whom the car was delivered informed. He even called/texted me after hours when we were trying to sort out new information. The driver, Lee, was very courteous and accommodated both my friend's schedule and mine in the pickup/delivery process.
