All in all the service was okay but it was a little frustrating often not being able to reach either a receptionist or agent by phone, not getting called back after leaving a message, asking for verification emails and not getting them, having the contract resent after already completing it, etc. Communication is the core service a broker provides and I would want it to be much better on the next go-around.
