We were quoted a low price by Amerifreight and then had to pay a higher price (by $250) when the actually carrier was found - but that is pretty standard based on the research we conducted. The date of pick up was ideal, but the time of day did keep switching. We were able to keep in somewhat frequent contact with the company and driver, so this made the unpredictability of timing more acceptable. The people we interacted with were professional and helpful. The car was delivered early to a location near our new home and was returned in the condition we left it (though much dirtier - but that, again, is to be expected with open air transport). I would recommend this company to people looking to ship their car across country.
