I just finished college and went to live with my husband who is stationed in Las Vegas. I didn't want to drive from GA to Vegas because I had just bought a brand new RAV4. I wanted as little mileage on it as possible. I was promptly contacted by Bob and he was the only representative out of any company that contacted me that took the time to explain the shipping business and processes. At the time, I was not ready to ship my car, as I was getting settled into our new base and Bob kindly offered to save my information until I was ready. This was a huge relief from all of the pressure I got from the other companies CONSTANTLY blowing up my phone and e-mail. When I was ready about a month later, Bob still had all of my information saved and found me a bid within TWO days. I even had my car one day earlier than expected. I was thrilled. Bob did such a great job about answering every e-mail question I had (and boy did I ask a lot) and he even worked with my work schedule on responses. I would definitely recommend this service to other spouses relocating (as they do offer a military discount) and any other prospective customer!!
