Not a bad experience, but could have been better. First, the price quote was quite a bit lower than the actual price ended up being.
Second. It was very strange, that after the car was picked-up, I got a call from a different person from the man I mostly dealt with, Graham. (dont remember his name). He said that he had a carrier willing to pick up the van. I told him that the van was already picked up. I asked him to contact my father-in-law, who was in contact with the driver.
This person then advised my father-in-law that he had no idea who picked up the van, and that he "hoped it made it". It was a very uneasy feeling for my father-in-law, but we had to trust the man who said he was picking it up since neither of us were in the state of origin. (we had a friend do the pick-up).

Thankfully, it made it.


My dealings with Graham were professional, but Probably wouldn't recommend again for above reasons.
