I searched around at a lot of different companies before deciding on shipping my car with AmeriFreight.
Bob was my primary contact with the company and he more than explained and educated me on how the process works, and made sure that he answered all the questions I had. Shipping your car from Florida to California can be very complex and he made sure to cover all of the details and be very realistic about time frames and prices.
He was polite, informative and very quick to respond to my emails or phone calls. He gave me several choices to decide from and explained the pros and cons of each. When the time came for my car to be picked for a driver, he immediately contacted me by both phone and email. I turned down two different drivers before deciding on one and he remained patient with me through the process.
He checked in and made sure I had the phone numbers for the dispatch and driver, and that they had my contact information, so that I could track my vehicle as it was shipped. There are many companies to choose from, and I did a lot of searching and researching before choosing AmeriFreight, They do stand behind what they do, and their treatment of customers is top notch.
