Positives :
- Initiated the call to AmeriFreight was hassle free and painless, messages were replied timely.
- Jorge gave me all the information from the start, how the process work, estimated pricing
- No "Buts Ends Ifs" from other Freight brokers (I called a few others before AmeriFreight)
- Pickup was a bit late on the hours estimated but was no big deal, inspection and inspection sheet happened professionally at my drive way.
- Estimated delivery time was accurate
- The driver was very polite and professional, returning all my calls relating to the shipment
Negative :
- AmeriFreight sais for this one is door-to-door but the destination was not, I had to take a ride from my relative to another close by location to get the car which is no big deal for me but if you're alone in the area, that could be an issue.
Summary : This Freight broker knows how to run their business efficiently and selected their Customer Service staff very well, together with proper training, they are the people We wanted to do business with. If they keep the pace, they will drive out all other competitions and I hope They do because I have a feeling that there are many shady Freight businesses out there (possibly 1 or 2 men operations with a license to hustle for quick cash) ... I called only 2-3 places before AmeriFreight and all of them don't know what the F they were doing, all they focus on was trying to get the highest price agreement from me instead of my car and my concerns about the move.

To other Freight companies : Wake up and smell the coffee, the business model of "how often someone ship a car" is over, that customer may ship their car only once of a lifetime but now they have the tool on the internet to beat the S out of your business so millions can see If you're bad boys, that's what you guys know in the past ... get the customer, screw the price, and walk away with top $ thinking that you won't see this customer again. Fatal business mentality !
