I came to know about this company thru my brother. He shipped his car before thru Amerifrieght. I was satisfied with their service. The agent was prompt in returning his calls. I would have felt more happy if they had given complete information like AFtA plan, MARC etc over phone conversation in the very beginning instead of sending an email. The phone calls back and forth had taken some time to get the things clarified. Also, i would have appreciated if they had told me that there will be a price change once they find the carrier depending on carrier. I had to increase the price by $145 after the carrier was found than what my initial offer was. So the final price had changed. However, I am happy with the service and the carrier. I will definitely consider this for my future use and recommend to others.
