Amy and Rachael of AmeriFreight are tops in customer service. I had contracted with another shipper and waited a week. Nothing. Shipper never called to give me a status of my order. I called AmeriFreight and Amy took the time to explain how the system worked. I then signed up for priority shipping. Either Amy or Rachael called every evening to give me an update on what was happening. On the third day I was informed my vehicle had a carrier, Nevada Auto Center. It was picked up the next day without a hitch. The vehicle arrived in Colorado on the promised date. No problems. I would definitely use them again.
