Doing the Research, getting quotes and picking a company proved to be a difficult and overwhelming process!! After a ton of emails and phone calls from various Brokers, I decided to go with Amerifreight and was thankful I did!!!! Rachel was helpful and informative. Their rates were not the lowest but from what I read up on, cheapest is not always best or safest. The process is pretty simple one you pick a company... they get your info and let you know how much a driver might "take the job" for. In my case I live in a Rural area so that is why it cost a bit more. My original amount was not accepted so we chose to up the Driver's portion. The payment to Amerifreight stayed the same so I knew that they were not just trying to get more money from me. Rachel had good communication via phone, email and IM. The best part of this process was the definitely to Driver's (Shaun) at Alligator Creek Transporters... They did an amazing Job!!! I called Shaun and let him know that the vehicle they were picking up had sentimental attachment since it was a loved one who passed away and it being a Classic 49 Truck it was irreplaceable.. Shaun was very professional and compassionate on the phone and left us feeling that we would be taken care of. He kept good communication in regards to his time frame of picking up the Truck and when it would be dropped off... Dropped off truck in great condition and took every effort to make sure all was well and safe. The customer service they provided was outstanding!!! Professional, polite, and all around Outstanding!!!! Amerifreight-Rachel did a great job matching our needs up to this Transport company!!! Very happy over all!!
