Amerifreight was great, yet carrier had communication issues.

The customer service I received from Amerifreight was great. I had Graham working with me for my shipment. I was shipping from Florida to Washington state and required a time slot of within 10 days. I asked Graham if that was possible and he clearly told me my options if I wanted to make that happen. I chose the cheapest solution, and Graham started to find me a carrier. On Amerifreights side, I had great customer service as Graham was very quick to respond to all my questions and always picked up my calls.

Graham finally found me a carrier under the name of "Melan Shipping" who was run by a guy named Alex. Alex spoke little english, yet we were able to agree on a time. The car was picked up on the 12th and it arrived earlier than usual, about 9 days later. I was quite pleased with the shipping time. The only gripe I had was the communication between the carrier and I. I was always the one making the phone calls to get a status update on the status of my car. My car did arrive a little dirty, but it was all remedied with a water hose. With that being said Melan Shipping was very flexible with arranging times for pickups and drop offs.

I would highly recommend Amerifreight as they are very responsive.
